Permanently delete your ImagineUs account and all associated data.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Enter the email address associated with your ImagineUs account below.
  2. Click "Request Account Deletion" to submit your request.
  3. You'll receive a confirmation that your request has been received.
  4. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

What Happens to Your Data

🗑️ Data That Will Be Deleted

  • Your account (email, name, password)
  • All generated content (images & scenes)
  • All partner profiles & uploaded selfies
  • Baby/wedding generation results
  • Credit balance & transaction history

📋 Data That May Be Retained

  • Anonymized usage analytics (no personal ID)
  • Records required for legal obligations
  • Fraud/abuse prevention logs (up to 90 days)
